Today, January 4th, 2023, I begin to write a new story.
The story in which I played the role of a Googler was incredible.
For eight years, it took place in São Paulo, Mountain View, and New York, plus at least 15 other offices. I am thankful for having shared this adventure with wonderful characters who played important roles in each chapter.
I wrote “the end” on the last page yesterday, as it is comforting (not mandatory!) to conclude things. Now I feel as excited as a kid unwrapping a beautiful gift!
In my new story, I play the role of someone who is passionate about connecting people to their goals and dreams.
This is something that I've been doing for several years internally at Google and as a coach in my company. Now it is time to completely dedicate myself to STORY, giving my best and my undivided attention to my purpose alongside my clients and partners.
At STORY I help women and others who feel underrepresented in the corporate world to make sense of their stories and become better at selling anything to any audience. I also guide them to find fulfillment in the life they choose to live. I bridge cultural gaps to help foster better relationships and more inclusive workplaces. I train teams and individuals in Inclusive Leadership, so we can build a better future.
