The program is delivered as a five-session, fixed-scope engagement designed to support clarity, reflection, and narrative development within a defined timeline. 1 — Signal Discovery 2 — Narrative Design 3 — Voice & Expression 4 — Signal Strengthening 5 — Final Calibration Enrollment reserves dedicated time, preparation, and strategic focus for the student. Once enrollment is confirmed, the engagement is treated as a committed collaboration. Sessions are scheduled in advance to ensure continuity and momentum. • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Requests within this window are accommodated based on availability. • Sessions missed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered delivered, as the time has been reserved and prepared. This ensures consistency and fairness for all participants. The program is offered as a bundled engagement rather than individual sessions. • Payment confirms enrollment and secures the full five-session process. • Fees are non-refundable once the program has begun. • If a student withdraws prior to the first session, a fee of US $350 will be charged and the balance will be refunded. College admissions decisions are determined by institutions and influenced by multiple factors, including academic records, institutional priorities, and applicant pools. The program strengthens how a student articulates their experiences and thinking. Admissions outcomes remain the responsibility of the institutions to which the student applies. The effectiveness of the program depends on active participation in sessions, completion of writing between sessions, openness to reflection and revision. All work produced through the program reflects the student’s own voice and thinking. Guidance is provided through conversation, feedback, and structure to ensure authenticity and academic integrity. Final content, wording, and submission of any college essay remain the sole responsibility of the student. Decisions regarding what is ultimately submitted rest entirely with the student and their family. Between-session communication is limited to scheduling and brief clarifications. Additional writing review or extended feedback may be arranged at additional fees.
