A company's culture has to be strong enough to create a movement and make a difference. At the same time, it must be flexible enough to embrace new aspects and smart to know when it's time to change. I revisit your company's culture through the lens of Diversity and Inclusion, debating and/or implementing initiatives that reflect a broader vision.
I promote and facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to develop new programs, or just engage teams when there are cultural changes that require greater knowledge and depth to improve the sense of belonging.
I conduct training on various subjects and help companies develop training programs and methodologies.
